三、工作简介
教育教学：现任bat365在线官网平台教授，博士生导师。先后培养博硕士研究生25名，其中3人获“大北农奖学金”，1人获“严加显奖学金”；3人获校“优秀毕业生”。为教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心“全国研究生教育评估监测专家”；获第三届全国大学生动物科学专业技能大赛“优秀领队教师奖”；福建农林大学“优秀硕士论文指导教师”。
科学研究：近期主要从事生态牧业与智慧畜牧领域科研工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、省自然科学基金重点、杰青项目各1项；发表论文60余篇，1篇入选“中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文——领跑者5000”；为《Journal of Integrative Agriculture》青年编委。曾入选中国气象局“青年英才”；为科技部国家重点研发计划项目答辩评审专家；农业农村部“神农英才（领军/青年）”计划评审专家。
社会服务：为中国畜牧兽医学会家畜生态学分会理事、中国系统工程学会草业系统工程专业委员会委员；获“中国产学研合作创新成果奖”。入选福建省级科技特派员（个人、团队），福建省脱贫县产业顾问组匹配专家；“南平建阳奶牛科技小院”负责人。牵头“奶牛健康养殖与粪肥资源化综合利用服务团队”获中共南平市委/南平市政府“南平市科技特派员工作优秀集体”表扬。
