研究方向聚焦于育肥猪肠道健康与日粮高效利用,建立用于调节育肥猪脂质代谢的饲料添加剂候选库。相关研究发表SCI论文主要刊登于Research, Chemical Engineering Journal, NPJ Science of Food,等高水平国际学术期刊上。
